What We Do
We've served the satellite, broadcast and communications industries for over 30 years providing first quality products and workmanship as your technical solution integrator.
History
We started in the early 1980's as associates in the satellite business asked us to assist in troubleshooting their systems. As the industry grew, we moved into C Band satellite receiving and cable TV headend systems. As the industry transitioned, we did as well, adding satellite VSAT and dedicated uplinks into our lines. The private cable market migrated to DirecTV delivered programming and we have added numerous properties via copper as well as fiber distributed networks. The picture on the right is just one site of a multi-city church network, distributed via satellite uplink.
DirecTV
As an example of how things have transitioned, when we started installing CATV Head-ends, they were created by installing many racks of large C Band receivers as the source of signal. Along came DirecTV and Dish and the size of the receivers and the number of racks became less. Now, we install a massive number of channels for a complete headend package from one of these little guys (picture on left)! My how things have changed! The picture below shows just how small the cables (fiber optics) have become to send large bandwidth CATV and satellite infrastructure and distribute around to buildings and even large city sized campus locations!
